from Au Grain d’Orge, Neuchâtel - hazy dark amber-orange beer with almost no head retention; aroma of tea, chewy malts and red fruits marmalade; medium-bodied and fairly carbonated; some sweetness and a tart fizzy and quite empty dry finish; vaguely fruity - the infection problems have been mastered but the beer remains modest

November 2010; from the brewery - pours a dark golden-orange beer with no head retention; the aroma is flowery with sourish notes; a low carbonation, a medium malt backbone and a late sourish notes; quite dry flowery hoppy finish - could be pretty good once the infection problems will be solved
